Our property is available by the month at greatly affordable prices from October through March of each year.
Email us for monthly rates. When we say 'monthly' we mean a rental for one full month, check-in on the first day of the month and depart on the last day of the month. Rental rates include local phone (long distance calls not included), cable TV, and $50 per month electricity credit. A security deposit is required that is refundable on payment of all utility bills. Any rentals with a duration of 90 days or less are subject to state and local taxes. Linens are not included although linen rental service is available.
